Traditional Malabari cuisine is served by a large number of restaurants in the UAE. Its tough to not see one of those every 100 meters in most of Dubai streets. Calicut notebook, from the very beggining, didn’t want to be just another Malabari restaurant. It wanted the the diners to have a joyfilled, colourful memorable experience. Our chefs went to the length and breadth of Malabar and beyond to carefully select the dishes and then give it a fusion twist to be included in the menu we serve. Creating vibrant fusion dishes is in our DNA. We do not do it to just differentiate us from the usual Malabari/Kerala restaurant. We rather do that because we love to see the excitement and smile on our diners faces. We are extremely proud that we create joy.
